We will in conjunction with the Plans, and On-Trend and Appropriate Budget Wise Fixtures, Fittings and Products Specify each item, for a Harmonious Home and Architectural Masterpiece.
This Development Process is solely the Project Designer & Specifiers responsibility, using the corresponding Approved Plans to Research and Compose a list of Materials that will enhance the Architectural Fixtures of the Home. With reference to the Architects Plans, and fundamentally keeping to the type of Home and it’s Style, the Designer carefully selects the most suitable External and Internal Materials and Fixtures within the Budget Provided by the Client. All Specified Materials and Fixtures will be chosen in order of priority within the Building Process.
All Specified Materials and Fixtures will be Archived and Presented to the Client for their approval. Once all Materials and Fixtures are approved, the Design Professional will provide the client with a Products List and Quotation for Final Selected Materials. Approved and Quoted and Materials will be paid for by the Client and Procured by the Designer complimenting the Architectural Specification Services.
